Born and raised in LA, at age 21 I embarked on a life-changing journey traveling the world to immerse myself in the wisdom and traditions of ancient cultures. Over the course of a year I explored India, Nepal, Thailand, Bali, Australia and New Zealand discovering holistic healing practices and exceptional eco- spas.
Inspired by the profound healing power of touch, I pursued my passion and became a licensed massage therapist in 2001. I trained and earned certifications in a variety of Eastern and Western modalities -including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage and Pre-natal massage at The Massage School of Santa Monica.
I began my career working alongside Dr. Nancy Marcucella L.A.c D.C in Topanga Canyon from 2001 to 2007. In the winter of 2006, I traveled to Chaing Mai, Thailand where I completed an intensive Thai Massage program, earning certifications in Thai Massage and Thai Foot Reflexology.
Continuing my education, in November 2021, I completed a five-day intensive course in Los Angeles with Yakov Gershkovich and earned my certification in Sculptural Face Lifting. Most recently, in 2025 I completed a 6 months training to become an Electrons Plus - PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Frequency) provider.
Fun facts
Music has always been a deep passion of mine. I began playing guitar at the age of 15, and by 18, I had purchased my first sitar as I was deeply inspired by George Harrison and The Beatles. That moment sparked a lifelong fascination with Indian Classical Music, which I've been dedicated to ever since. I earned my BFA in World Music from CalArts in 2004, and in 2008, I joined Anoushka Shankar on a 13-city European tour, performing on the tanpura. One of the greatest honors of my musical journey was accompanying both Anoushka and the legendary Ravi Shankar on the tanpura at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA before his passing in 2012. Today, I continue to study and perform on sitar along with my husband Andrew on tabla.
